Robert Henry will introduce us to Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He will tell about his journey how he got into Kundalini Yoga, its origins and what this practice brings him. He will also give us a taste of a Kriya, of about 20 minutes, an exercise that we can do while sitting comfortably on our chair. No yoga mats needed!
